ImaginChangers is a pioneering customer mobilisation project with social impact.
It was launched in June 2021 with the motivation to turn corporate volunteering around and focus on the more than 3 million users of the bank’s app.
From HandsOn Spain, every month we launch three Online social action activities, a podcast and an article that inspire about the importance of getting involved in society. There are two types of activities: awareness-raising and mobilisation.
The first ones are launched in director via YouTube and Twitter. The changers (imagin volunteers) can ask questions through the chat or with the hashtag of the activity. In these chats, we have a moderator who interviews and talks with different guests who are specialists in the subject to be discussed: people with disabilities, globetrotting volunteers, animal protection organisations…
Mobilisation activities are those workshops with limited places in which changemakers gather in a Zoom to spend the rest with social impact. In these we have held workshops on assembling nesting boxes for birds, accompanying the elderly in residential homes, magic shows for people with disabilities, workshops on hoaxes and misinformation, collecting clothes for homeless people…
It is a project of transformation and social activation with an impact accessible to all through technology. ImaginChangers demonstrates that it does not take a lot of time or travel to accompany people and collaborate for social good.
