The perfect project for each company
We take into account the potential of each company, its needs and those of its community. We carry out an internal and external analysis, as well as a matrix of strategic and operational objectives. With all this, we elaborate a Social Action Plan or Activity.

Tailor-made projects
We design tailor-made plans for all types of organizations. As we did for Endesa with the project: “Energy for the future”. A program aimed at improving the employability of young people at risk of social exclusion in the energy sector. Or the Campus Jóvenes Solidarios for children of employees. Or the imaginChangers project, an innovative 100% virtual project that sought to mobilize Imagin’s customers through monthly awareness-raising activities and webinars.

For example, the Onsiders project of Ayuda en Acción: a space for participation that invites young people to get informed and take action on a wide range of issues affecting our society, with which Volies collaborates in the design and implementation of actions.
Educational projects
We have developed projects in the professional educational field with children, young people and adults in vulnerable situations or with lack of resources, such as:
- “Digital Leaders” with Fundación Telefónica, to enhance the good use of technology in the educational community.
- “GetIt” with Amazon, boosting digital skills in childhood and, at the same time, challenging gender stereotypes within the industry by bringing technology careers closer to girls.
- “Coaching employability” with La Liga Profesional de Fútbol, favoring and practicing accessibility to the labor market for vulnerable groups.
- And ODS at School, a dynamic and attractive educational proposal with the aim of sharing the Sustainable Development Goals and the 2030 Agenda with schools.
Community and collaborative projects
One of our flagship community relations projects is the one we carry out for AWS InCommunities, a program that aims to benefit communities in the regions where AWS operates, and for which we coordinate actions in different countries around the world, supporting AWS from establishing local relations to external communication.
As coordinators of the Voluntare network, we propose and implement projects that promote synergies such as the pro bono multi-company marathon “Adalab”, the collaborative project developed with CLAVE or Impact2030, developed by SAP, Telefónica and La Caixa.
Social intrapreneurship
From Volies we get involved in the social entrepreneurship of employees, inspiring and accompanying them in the challenges they want to set.
A unique opportunity to collaborate with the entities of their choice, leading different volunteer projects.
- Like Fundación Telefónica, which every year launches its call for solidarity challenges, where teams of volunteers are organized to work for the benefit of a group together with a social entity.
- Or Endesa, with whom we developed “La fábrica de ilusiones – No child without a toy”.
Social Teambuilding
Actions with social impact are an excellent alternative for teams to carry out an activity with a common goal and a focus on improving interpersonal relationships.
- A social or environmental purpose increases the cohesion and commitment of the participants.
- Allowing team members to deploy new competencies.
- Getting to know each other in a different context and collaborating with each other outside of already established work roles.
- In addition, at Volies we provide activities designed to reinforce the specific competencies that we seek to enhance in the company.
