The Solidarity Challenges are an initiative that invites the volunteers of a work team to organise themselves and work for the benefit of a collective, together with a social entity.

To this end, a structured project is designed, with a clear and specific objective, divided into stages/phases that the team undertakes and must overcome in the established period of time. In exchange, Fundación Telefónica undertakes to financially support the collaborating social entity.

Every year, numerous teams lead solidarity challenges, completely transforming the social entities with which they collaborate and creating a very special bond that tends to last over time.

Some of the actions carried out by the volunteers have been: Integrating a video mapping, a 360º projection system in the multisensory room of the Numen Foundation, dedicated to the care of people with cerebral palsy. Completely transform the paediatric wing of the Hospital Clínic, creating a cheerful and fun space by installing vinyls related to marine themes. Giving a group of artists with disabilities the opportunity to share their work with hundreds of people by organising and setting up a series of exhibitions in places such as El Espacio de Fundación Telefónica and Matadero de Madrid.
