Impact 2030 is a collaborative project between La Caixa, Telefónica and SAP.

They joined forces to support four social entities that favour employability, through multi-company teams of 12 volunteers who tackled internal challenges of each organisation.

The participating organisations were Fundación Integra, Fundación Tomillo, Fundación Adsis and Santa María La Real del Patrimonio Histórico.

This project advocated the development of volunteers’ skills such as teamwork, adaptability, leadership, analysis and problem solving, planning and organisation. Impact 2030 was an opportunity to work with new methodologies and colleagues from other companies towards a common goal.

From Volies we design the project, we look for the NGOs, we design the intervention of the volunteers, we coordinate their intervention and we evaluate the project.
