Precisely because of this enormous, high-impact value, the company  SAP has chosen feedback sessions as part of its corporate volunteering. In collaboration with Volies, they have carried out two sessions in Madrid and Barcelona in which they have directly advised five social enterprises: 

  1. Treboljardín: Provides employment for people with disabilities in gardening services for more than eighty clients per year in Madrid. 
  2. AUTISMIND: Develops software for the inclusion of people with autism in Barcelona. 
  3. TRESDOSÚ: It offers technology training and social impact measurement services, focusing on strategy and CSR.
  4. Escuela de Actividades Naturales: It provides experiences to reconnect with nature through “wilderness-gastronomic” walks, teaching about local ecosystems. 
  5. Look Warning: A cutting-edge company in health and technology, which offers an application to configure autonomous allergy recognition systems with urgent alerts, standing out for its innovation. 

The key role of the volunteers was to actively listen and then provide feedback, which is an immediate and direct help to the companies, offering very concrete improvements that can be implemented at the end of the session.
