We are launching! We present Volies Diversity: a new work area focused on diversity management in the company. A space dedicated to promoting inclusion and social justice in our organizations and in society in general.
As part of a heterogeneous and changing society, at Volies we recognize the fundamental importance of valuing diversity in all its forms. From cultural differences to varied life experiences, we understand that diversity is a powerful force that drives innovation, fosters creativity and strengthens our community.
Volies has long been committed to diversity and inclusion in our company. However, we have decided to step up and make an even stronger commitment to the importance and social impact of this mission.
We firmly believe that this commitment to diversity is not only the right thing to do, but also the most beneficial for our team, our customers and our society in general.
Work areas:
Our work will be mainly focused on three main areas of work:
- Consulting. Strategy is in our DNA and is the fundamental basis for achieving sustainable and impactful programs.
- Training. We will implement training programs designed to foster the awareness, sensitivity and skills needed to drive inclusive societies.
- Action. Impact activities in all areas of diversity.
We are excited about the potential of this new area of work and believe that together we can make a real difference and achieve a more inclusive future.
