Volies Satisfaction Survey: a strategic partner for clients

As part of our commitment as a certified B Corp company, Volies regularly conducts surveys to assess the satisfaction levels of our main clients.

For the third consecutive year, we have maintained a score of 9 out of 10 in overall satisfaction regarding the services and support provided. In addition, 9.4 out of 10 respondents would recommend Volies to other companies, the highest score achieved in the last three satisfaction surveys.

With a response rate of 32% of the total sample, slightly above average for surveys of this type.

The Volies client profile: large companies with a global presence

The sample profile represents large companies with an international presence. 76% have more than 100 employees: 38% of the surveyed companies had between 100 and 1,000 employees, while another 38% had more than 5,000 employees. Only 4% of responses came from companies with fewer than 100 employees.

66% of the companies operate internationally, almost 10% in Latin America, and 4% only in Europe, while 20% work exclusively in Spain.

Regarding flagship services, strategy development holds a leading position, being the most widely used service among 57.14% of respondents, together with the design of one-off volunteering activities. Closely following is another of our most established services: the Technical Office, used by 42% of the surveyed companies

One of the most remarkable aspects, and one that brings us the greatest satisfaction, is that 100% of respondents believe our services contribute significantly or greatly to transforming reality and generating positive social and environmental impact.

100% of respondents also perceive Volies as an ethical, transparent organization that is consistent with its purpose and takes client feedback into account.
