Corporate Volunteering, properly managed, has the potential to have a decisive impact on the skill level of the people who participate in the programmes. In other words, it is one of the main impacts on the business.
To achieve the development of the talent specifically sought after, we have a tool that analyses competencies in a twofold sense.
On the one hand, it makes it possible to identify which activities enhance the competences to be developed or reinforced. On the other hand, it indicates which specific competences are developed with each activity.
By certifying the competencies developed by corporate volunteers we achieve a double recognition for the volunteers:
