There are moments in an organization’s evolution when you need to stop and ask yourself whether the way you explain what you do still truly represents who you are. Not because what came before no longer makes sense, but because the organization itself has changed, grown, and learned new ways of doing things.
That is precisely what is happening at Volies.
For many years, we used an idea that explained our origins and our offering very well: “Volunteering & Strategy.” Corporate volunteering has been, and continues to be, one of our main tools for helping organizations generate social impact. But over the past few years, we have seen that our work goes far beyond designing and managing volunteering programs.
We have broadened our perspective and expanded our capabilities. Today, we also work in diversity, talent development, purpose-driven communications and events, social action, community engagement, strategy, and impact measurement. And we are doing so increasingly across different countries and contexts, supporting organizations that are looking for more coherent ways to connect their purpose with the people who are part of them and with the communities where they operate.
That is why we felt we needed a new way to explain Volies.
People-Powered Impact
Our new tagline, People-Powered Impact, was born from this reflection. More than a phrase that accompanies our brand, it sums up a belief that has been at the heart of Volies from the beginning: people are the true drivers of transformation.
Organizations can have a strategy, objectives, and a clearly defined purpose, but it is people who make all of this a reality. People are the ones who participate, make decisions, mobilize their teams, spark new conversations, connect with their surroundings, and launch initiatives that can create real change.
And that is where we see our role.
At Volies, we work to help organizations and communities activate this potential and turn it into action.
People-Powered puts the focus on people and on the ability of teams to drive change from within.
Impact represents the goal: ensuring that this activation has a purpose and contributes to generating real social impact.
That is why we wanted both concepts to be part of our identity.
An evolution, not a change of direction
This evolution of the brand does not mean leaving corporate volunteering
