From Volies in collaboration with East Europe Foundation we have launched a solidarity challenge with the objective of supporting the internally displaced persons in Ukraine.

A collaborative multi-company solidarity challenge that aims to get at least 3,600 volunteers to participate, each of them representing one kilometre of the distance between Spain and Ukraine (approx. 3,600km). The action consists of downloading a material with information about Ukraine, cultural and historical information, a series of words and phrases in Ukrainian and a recipe.

The aim is to raise the volunteer’s awareness of Ukrainian culture in order to be able to give a warmer welcoming to refugees arriving in our country. Additionally, participants are encouraged to        send a short clip, photo, material to create a video of encouragement for all those affected.

For each participation, the company undertakes a financial donation to the East Europe Foundation, a partner in this challenge, in order to donate the funds to a project that assists internally  displaced persons.
