Today we want to tell you about the new stage of the sustainable corporate volunteering strategy in Colombia with Fundación Bancolombia, designed by Volies and operated by our team in partnership with the Foundation ✨.
From Volies Colombia, we had the privilege of accompanying the Foundation in the construction of its new corporate volunteering strategy, a model aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals and focused on mobilizing talent, strengthening capacities and generating a sustainable social impact in Colombian communities.
What is contained in this sustainable corporate volunteering strategy in Colombia together with Bancolombia?
These are some of the actions that we structured and that today become a reality:
🔹 Technical Office: Strategic accompaniment in the planning and development of social activities together with third parties.
🔹 Measurement pilots: New methodologies to evaluate engagement and development of competencies through volunteering.
🔹 Training for social organizations: Counseling, self-assessment and group spaces to share challenges and solutions.
🔹 Recognition plan: We value and highlight the leadership and participation of volunteers, a key part of this program.
All of this is supported by three strategic pillars:
