In El Soto Park (Móstoles), Novo Nordisk Spain employees gathered to build shelters for abandoned animals and nesting boxes for birds, as part of Novo Nordisk’s global #TakeAction program.
It was a day of engagement, connection and purpose. People from different teams across the company were enthusiastically involved, contributed their energy and left with a smile, confirming that when companies create spaces to contribute, the impact goes far beyond the tangible.
Together they built several shelter-houses that will help the “Salvando Peludos” animal protection organization to continue rescuing animals and nesting boxes that will contribute to preserving local biodiversity.
👉 But above all, they strengthened bonds and reminded each other that together they can make a real change.
From Volies we are happy to have been able to accompany them on this important day and that they chose a teambuilding with social and environmental impact, and help them to make it possible. In addition, from Comms&Events we helped them to immortalize that day and transcend the impact of volunteering. A graphic immortalization that will also allow them to encourage new colleagues to “take action” in future activities.
Hopefully this is just the first of many corporate volunteering actions with Novo Nordisk in Spain. Because when purpose is lived, it shows. And it is contagious💚.
