Volies has signed a collaboration agreement with YMCA with the aim of promoting employability, job placement, and social inclusion for participants in YMCA employment programs through a joint working model that connects businesses, volunteers, and the local community.
YMCA, a leading social organization at the national level, with a presence in 10 autonomous communities and 26 program centers, has been working for decades to develop the potential of children, young people, and families, guaranteeing equal opportunities regardless of personal or economic situation.
In addition, it has a professional and free employment service, is an accredited employment agency, and has certified processes in quality, environment, and customer service.
The agreement establishes a stable framework for collaboration that will allow Volies to rely on the YMCA’s employment service in job placement processes, as well as to develop complementary actions aimed at improving employability: individual mentoring, group training, non-work professional internships, company visits, meetings with job seekers, and entrepreneurship advice.
At Volies, the agreement reinforces our commitment to putting corporate volunteering at the service of employment, entrepreneurship, and social inclusion, providing spaces where people can acquire skills, expand their professional network, and access new job opportunities.

Desde Volies hemos firmado un convenio de colaboración con YMCA con el objetivo de promover la empleabilidad, la inserción laboral y la inclusión social de las personas participantes en los programas de empleo de YMCA, a través de un modelo de trabajo conjunto que conecta empresa, voluntariado y territorio.
YMCA, organización social de referencia a nivel estatal, con presencia en 10 comunidades autónomas y 26 centros de programas, trabaja desde hace décadas para desarrollar el potencial de niños, jóvenes y familias, garantizando la igualdad de oportunidades con independencia de la situación personal o económica.
Además, cuenta con un servicio de empleo profesional y gratuito, es Agencia de Colocación acreditada y dispone de procesos certificados en calidad, medio ambiente y atención a las personas.
El convenio establece un marco de colaboración estable que permitirá a Volies apoyarse en el servicio de empleo de YMCA en procesos de intermediación laboral, así como desarrollar acciones complementarias orientadas a mejorar la empleabilidad: mentoring individual, formaciones grupales, prácticas profesionales no laborales, visitas a empresa, encuentros con personas en búsqueda de empleo y asesoramiento en emprendimiento.
