International Congress on Corporate Volunteering
Mission
Voluntare held the IV International Congress on Corporate Volunteering and entrusted us with its organization. This is the most important Spanish-speaking congress, and brought together hundreds of companies, social entities and academic institutions for two days. From Volies Comms&Events we organized the event in an integral way: from the initial conception to the organization, management and final production.How did we do it?
We created the landing page and the visual identity of the congress, devised the claim that was the common thread, integrated participatory experiences of impact, maximized the visibility of the event with innovative multimedia strategies, and created the audiovisual content of the Congress. We also coordinated the 55 speakers, the 10 workshops and compiled all the content in a single document to share the conclusions of this congress.Outcome
We were able to connect the purpose of the 250 attendees with the purpose of the event: to change the world with corporate volunteering, turning the congress into a real impact experience.They were the perfect ally to organize a congress by bringing together the best industry leaders,
providing great creativity to connect with the public with a narrative that spun the entire content of the congress and creating innovative experiences to participate and feel the purpose of the event.
