We are very happy to announce the addition of Melina Melatini as our new Head of People and Organization!
Our purpose-driven company BCorp has grown a lot in these last few years, and her experience as a consultant in positive impact, innovation and efficiency joins the Volies Team to take us even further in our commitment to positive impact🌱✨.
Melina is certified as a Coach, and is currently training in agile HR and corporate wellness. She has previously worked with multinationals, startups and entrepreneurs, designing sustainable business models, training plans, and promoting innovation and strategic eco-design 🚀.
🚴♀️ In her free time, she enjoys cycling routes as a way of meditating, camping under the stars and painting with watercolors 🎨🏕️
