The aim of the project has been to promote and practice accessibility to the labour market for groups from vulnerable contexts.

LaLiga employees have conducted two types of workshops to help participants develop their employability skills, clarify their career interests or motivate them on this tough path to employability.

An interview simulation workshop that consisted of a real practice of job interviews in a very short format, to help participants relax and prepare for their next step in their employability process, the interviews. The communication workshop was based on a work dynamic in which participants were able to understand their personality profile and identify how to communicate with people of different profiles.
