The Endesa Foundation celebrates every year its event Gracias a ti to recognize the work of its volunteers. As a partner of its volunteer program, we collaborated in the organization of the event, making the volunteers live a unique experience. The challenge was to make all volunteers in Spain receive the same tribute and celebrate the value of volunteering in the 7 regional headquarters (Madrid, Barcelona, P. Mallorca, Zaragoza, Las Palmas and Seville)..How did we do it?
For this, we organized a streaming talk with Victor Küppers on the impact of volunteering projected live at all locations. We also created an inclusive experience at each location by involving beneficiaries from different NGOs to celebrate this day together and connecting deeply with the purpose of the event. And to bring even more added value to the celebration of the awards ceremony for the most committed volunteers, we produced trophies with social impact that not only recognized their work, but also helped to change lives through the NGO Ayudáme3D..Outcome
A recognition event that managed to connect emotionally with more than 400 volunteers, increasing their motivation and commitment, and highlighting the power of volunteering driven by the company.One of the things we most appreciated about the team was how easy it was to get us all the elements
that made the day a success at Endesa. We are already working on the next one!
