Batallitas is our own communication and social transformation project that fights against unwanted loneliness among the elderly and Allianz did not hesitate to collaborate in the production of the 3rd season by supporting this cause aligned with its volunteering strategy and inviting its employees to join.How did we do it?
Batallitas is a video podcast that gives voice to our seniors and is made with the participation of volunteers who talk with them about the most significant experiences of their lives, teaching great lessons and creating intergenerational bonds. The experience for the protagonists was unique: the seniors felt really listened to, valued and relived their life stories in a day full of emotions; the volunteers felt a special connection with them also reliving their own family stories and remembering the great value of seniors for each of us and our society.Outcome
A fundamental collaboration between Allianz and Volies to help make society aware of the magnitude of this social problem and work together to ensure that our seniors enjoy a full and healthy life, surrounded by affection and companionship.For Allianz, working with Volies has been a win-win-win experience, they have understood perfectly how
to involve our staff, they have given us brand visibility associated with values very close to our DNA and, of course, they have channeled our social action towards the beneficiaries.
