We promote social change through the transformation of people and organizations
Ecoherencia
Social Media Strategy
Mission
Ecoherencia is a social organization that promotes sustainability projects with a real impact on the local community.
The challenge was to convey that value on LinkedIn through clearer, more strategic, and more recognizable messaging.
This approach aims to strengthen its positioning and open up new opportunities for collaboration with organizations, companies, and institutions.

How did we do it?
We worked with them to design a LinkedIn communication strategy based on a key idea: turning their existing impact into a story that’s easy to understand and share. The first step was to highlight what they were already doing, organizing their messages so their target audience could quickly identify their value proposition, approach, and ability to make an impact.
From there, we built a content structure based on clear pillars: projects, partnerships, lessons learned, expert insights, and people. As a result, LinkedIn went from functioning as a collection of isolated posts to becoming a strategic channel, characterized by continuity and consistency.
We also refined the tone, formats, and intent of each post so that every piece of content would fulfill a specific objective: adding value, demonstrating expertise, or sparking conversations with the right people.
In addition, we designed a dashboard to streamline the team’s operations, organize strategy tracking, and measure the progress of key metrics. This enabled Ecoherencia to evaluate results, identify lessons learned, and make more informed communication decisions.
Outcomes
During the two-month support period, Ecoherencia strengthened its presence on LinkedIn with more consistent, clear, and goal-oriented communication.
During that time, it gained 84 new followers on LinkedIn—an indicator that well-structured communication helps the right people find, understand, and connect with the project.
Furthermore, the process wasn’t limited to one-time support: we also trained the team so they could independently continue implementing the designed strategy, maintaining communication that is consistent, measurable, and aligned with their goals.
“Working with this team of women has marked a turning point in our communication strategy. They helped us understand the ins and outs of social media and structure our posts with a firm focus on our goals. Those months of invaluable support for our organization were also marked by their tremendous understanding, flexibility, and empathy.”
