Campus Repsol hosted the Inclusive Employment Skills Development Conference, which brought together volunteer employees, social organizations, and people in vulnerable situations with a common goal: to facilitate labor inclusion.
Over two days, Repsol Foundation, a leading partner of Voluntare, organized practical workshops on inclusive employment, designed to empower participants, boost their confidence, and equip them with useful tools for tackling the job market.
The workshops were organized around three key areas:
- Interview simulations: to practice how to introduce yourself, communicate your skills, and confidently approach a selection process.
- My first day at work: an activity to discover and train the skills needed when starting a new job.
- My personal brand: focused on identifying strengths, building a coherent professional narrative, and improving self-esteem in the workplace.
In addition, a round table discussion was held under the title “Labor market trends and challenges for the employment of vulnerable people,” with the participation of five social entities: Fundación Integra, Fundación Iter, Fundación José María de Llanos, Fundación Tomillo, Fundación Adecco, and nine employment specialists. It was a space for reflection where experiences and best practices were shared and there was discussion on how to respond to the current challenges of the labor market from the perspective of inclusion.
The conference demonstrated Repsol Foundation’s commitment to a just transition, promoting inclusive employment as a lever for social transformation and corporate volunteering as a driver of real change.
